It was just another day. After a very hectic workload in the company, I was very much tired. At that time there were mobiles but not with common people. There was a quality issue with one product. The customer asked me to come and segregate the products in their line. As a supplier, we always treat the customer as God. I immediately ran to the Customer plant with two quality inspectors with me to segregate the material. The procedure for segregation was not easy. First of all, I informed the customer about our visit so that they can arrange our entry at the gate. We entered the premises. There were a lot of approvals required to segregate the material. Human life is incomplete without sacrifice. But if we have no other option than to sacrifice something is not actually a sacrifice. It is called helplessness. It has an altogether different system. Also, sacrifice is always to give something and not taking out the life of anybody or anything. When we have lots of options by which we can possess more than what we have or there is no need to donate something to somebody but still if we sacrifice or donate for someone’s betterment is actually a sacrifice.  As human beings, we live in society. So it is our duty to donate what society needed. Every action has a reaction. This law of physics was well-known from ancient times. In manufacturing to control defects, we use process controls. In the same way, to control defective reactions, we need to control our own actions which means we need to self-constraint ourselves. Boss is boss. My boss was having the ideology that Being a manager, you need to be aggressive. This is an old stereotype method. As I always believed in humility, I was perfect for him. I used to do everything he used to allocate for me within the specified time. But when I complete the task, he used to get all appreciation from his seniors.
