Beyond the tale

A newborn baby is the honest form of a soul of a human being. I believe, we may have done something good in our previous life, so we have got this human being life. We should thank ourselves as we don’t get anything without our own deeds. As we grow up, slowly we get a cover of dirt called lies or falsehood. Then we get in other bad characters like selfishness, fraudulent behavior, Jealousy, etc. We all have truthfulness naturally. Falsehood comes unnaturally means we add it in our character from outside. It's not our base character.     But when we complete childhood, honesty becomes a task to achieve as a goal. Although It’s very difficult to achieve. I remember few incidents. One of them confused me about honesty.  During my college days, I used to go by a city bus, a local transport. I don’t know why, but I am so much fond of her voice, that even if she is talking, I feel like she is singing with background music. Her songs have made me forget all the sorrows. Her songs helped me to overcome all the unhappy situations of life. I am very much aware that I am not the only fan of her. She has tremendous fans only for her songs. She has taken success to a very new level where nobody had ever reached before in the art field. But even after this success, she is so humble while talking to anybody. Sometimes people become judgemental about her. But one should understand that there is something called destiny. Everybody comes with destiny defined and only needs to follow the instincts inside. Boss is boss. My boss was having the ideology that Being a manager, you need to be aggressive. This is an old stereotype method. As I always believed in humility, I was perfect for him. I used to do everything he used to allocate for me within the specified time. But when I complete the task, he used to get all appreciation from his seniors. But he never passed that appreciation to me. But I never considered this as a problem. I always kept thinking positive that I never worked for appreciation but for learning and survival. But whenever there is a single mistake, it was pointed to me by him. Sometimes, I used to get irritated by this behavior. But I never projected it that way to him. This culture is so popular that many companies look at it as a successful management strategy which I disagree with completely. To be successful in real terms you need to win people. Without people, success has no meaning. To win people you need to believe in humility. This is the only wa
