 I was employed by one company. The company had 50 employees. It is a partnership firm. They used to get job work from well-known OEM firms. Customers used to provide the raw materials, and we would process the parts. Then the customers would take back the finished products. So our job was to work efficiently because our efficiency was a direct profit to the owner. We used to have a very strict environment in the workplace. Boss is boss. My boss was having the ideology that Being a manager, you need to be aggressive. This is an old stereotype method. As I always believed in humility, I was perfect for him. I used to do everything he used to allocate for me within the specified time. But when I complete the task, he used to get all appreciation from his seniors.
