There was a rich person living in a palace. He was a miser, would not spend a single penny extra, or would not help anybody.
Once there was a flood in the town. His palace got immersed in water. He was on the top of the palace.
A man with a boat came and asked him to come in. He said, “He will come with his treasure.”
The man also was selfish. He said, “Ok, if you are ready to give one third share of this property to me. ”
The rich person thought for a while and agreed on his term.
